Galvanizing Process
Hot Dip Galvanizing is dipping process galvanize objects, with steps below:
  • Degreasing (to clear oil)
  • Water Rinsing (to clear the rest of soda caustic degreasing)
  • Acid Pickling (to clear corrosion and mill scale)
  • Prefluxing (to conditioning surface)
  • Zinc Bath ( in 450-460° temperature)
  • Quenching / Cooling (passives zinc surface to avoid premature oxidation)
